Terms

By placing an order you are buying an original painting from Heidy Kate. Prices are in Australian dollars unless a listing says otherwise.

The work

Each available work is one of one. Colour on screen will not match the painting in every light. Title passes to you once payment is received and the work has been dispatched. A certificate of authenticity is included.

Payment

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. The studio does not store card numbers. An order is confirmed when Stripe records payment.

Shipping and returns

Delivery, packing, and international duties are described on Shipping. Originals are final sale for change of mind. Damage and description issues are described on Returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
