This site is run by Heidy Kate from Sydney. Personal information is used only to sell originals, answer enquiries, and — if you ask — send collection news.

What is collected

• Contact form: name, email, and message, so the studio can reply.
• First-look list: email address, sent only when there is a collection or studio note to share. Write to leave the list.
• Orders: name, email, and delivery address, handled through Stripe Checkout. The studio keeps order records to pack and ship the work.
• Site use: page views and checkout events (including PostHog, when configured) to understand which works people look at. Session recording is off.

Who sees it

Information is not sold. It is shared only with services needed to run the shop — currently Stripe for payment, and the studio’s hosting and email tools.
